CONCEPT & SPACE PLANS

• Let's Talk: Understanding what you need, the initial consultation and brief taking

DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

• Documentation Detailed drawings and schedules
• Services Engineers  Contact and coordinate any services documentation that may be required
• Building Consent Submit documentation for approval with the council
• Issue drawings for Construction to builder/ contractor &  As-built drawings on completion
• Finally  pick and order all the soft fit-out elements that makes the space sing

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate approvals from Building Owner 
• Tendering or pricing process 
• Site observation services and reporting during the build stage
• Holding site meetings with contractor and client ensuring all aspects are minuted
• Tracking the contractors programme of works
• Providing solutions to lead time and site constraint issues in a timely manner 
• Reviewing contractor claims 
• Provide defects inspection reports for the contractor
• Celebrate a successful fit out
